Install Coordinator
20-30$ hourly
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join our Project Management team as an Install Coordinator. The Install Coordinator is responsible for:
- Partake in production meetings; work to understand project needs, scheduling and its process
- Aid Project Managers in gathering field measurements or laser templating at a job site when needed
- Review the job site's preparedness
- Complete scheduling for project pickup, delivery, and install
- Traveling as needed to job sites
- Review installation quality and complete a punch list for installers
- Compile Time and Material tickets as needed
- Complete punch if needed
- Review drawings for potential install issues and review with installers
Education/Experience/Qualities:
- The ability to pay attention, follow directions, and learn quickly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving, detail-oriented
- Education in construction practices is a bonus but experience is preferred
- Experience in cabinetry and casework installation
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Cabinet Building
15$-20$ per hour
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join our Cabinet Building Department. The Cabinet Department is looking for individuals experienced in cabinetry assembly and cabinetry upfitting manufacturing. The Cabinetry Building Department is responsible for:
- Operating case clamps, hand tools, and other tools and equipment
- Assembling custom cabinet components using shop drawings
- Adjust, fit, and align component parts to close tolerances
- Working in a team environment
- Maintain tools and machinery
- Completing quality control on products
- Maintaining a clean work area
Education/Experience/Qualities:
- The ability to pay attention, follow directions and learn quickly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Knowledge of how to take measurements of parts
- 1 year experience in fabrication

Solid Surface Department
15$-20$ per hour
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join the Solid Surface Department. The Solid Surface Department is looking for individuals experienced in countertop fabrication. The Solid Surface Department is responsible for:
- Operating specialized equipment for solid surface forming
- Review materials for imperfections before use
- Understand shop drawings and blueprints for fabrication
- Fabricate solid surface countertops and other pieces
- Working in a team environment
- Maintain tools and machinery
- Completing quality control on products
- Maintaining a clean work area
Education/Experience/Qualities:
- The ability to pay attention, follow directions and learn quickly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Knowledge of how to take measurements of parts
- 1 year experience in fabrication
- Bonus if you have experience working with countertops, installation, or training in architectural drawings
Project Engineer
50,000$ - 75,000$
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join our Project Engineering team. The Engineering Team is responsible for:
- Interpreting rough architectural drawings to create cabinetry shop drawings
- Review drawings and redline changes with the Project Manager
- Output production ready drawings packets for the shop floor
- Create accurate materials lists for projects for inventory management and purchasing agent.
- Coordinate AWI certification with Project Manager
- Cooperating with team members on projects
- Coordinate with architects and clients as needed
Education/Experience/Qualities:
- The ability to pay attention, follow directions and learn quickly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving, detail-oriented
- Education in cabinetry is a bonus but experience is preferred.
- 3 years or more experience in AutoCAD Program
- Experience in Microsoft Excell
Milling Department
15$-20$ per hour
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join our Milling Department. The Milling Department is looking for individuals experienced in machine operation, CNC operations or cabinet parts manufacturing. The Milling Department is responsible for:
- Operating milling machinery and equipment
- Programming CNC files
- Cutting cabinet parts and finishing the edges
- Working in a team environment
- Maintaining milling equipment and parts
- Completing quality control on parts
- Sorting and storing materials
- Maintaining a clean work area
Education/Experience/Qualities:
- The ability to pay attention, follow directions, and learn quickly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Knowledge of how to take measurements of parts
- Experience with a CNC, edge bander, beam saw, and/or dowel insertion machine
- 1 year experience in fabrication
- Bonus if you have experience working with a Gantry Crane Storage System or formal training on CNC programming and operations and/or experience with reading architectural drawings.
Lamination Department
15$-20$ per hour
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join the Solid Surface Department. The Lamination Department is looking for individuals experienced in countertop fabrication. The Lamination Department is responsible for:
- Operating tools and equipment for cutting tops and finishing edges
- Review materials for imperfections before use
- Understand shop drawings and blueprints for fabrication
- Fabricate plastic laminate countertops and other pieces
- Working in a team environment
- Maintain tools and machinery
- Completing quality control on products
- Maintaining a clean work area
Education/Experience/Qualities:
- The ability to pay attention, follow directions and learn quickly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Knowledge of how to take measurements of parts
- 1 year experience in fabrication
- Bonus if you have experience working with countertops, installation, or training in architectural drawings
Custom Department
22$-27$ per hour
We are looking for highly motivated, qualified individuals to join Custom Department. The Custom Department is looking for individuals experienced in woodworking and carpentry. The Custom Department is responsible for:
- Operating specialized equipment for fabrication
- Review materials for imperfections before use
- Understand shop drawings and blueprints to determine fabrication methods
- Fabricate solid surface countertops and other pieces
- Working in a team environment
- Maintain tools and machinery
- Completing quality control on products
- Maintaining a clean work area
Education/Experience/Qualities:
- The ability to pay attention, follow direction and learn quickly
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge in how to take measurements of parts
- 5 year cabinetmaking experience
